Anxiety

I know anxiety disorders are common yet no one understands what it is or feels like.

Imagine feeling like your emotions are going to literally explode from your body. Then on top of that you feel like your going to have a heart attack and then when you think it cannot possibly get worse...Bang it feels like your going to suffocate even though your breathing. It feels like your going to die. Then like that it's over and all you feel is exhaustion. That's just the panic attacks when your body has a stress over load.
Then there's the daily feelings of anxiousness that just won't shake or the worrying..the constant worrying. If someone doesn't text back right away they must be mad at you or not care about you. Everytime my husband doesn't answer his call he must of been in an accident....seems silly right? But no this is a real feeling that can't be controlled.
I know when my anxiety is spiraling
It's like a when your car locks up on ice, you try and stop it yet the wheel is stuck and you can't stop it from hitting that tree.

If you don't feel like this but know someone who is, take a step back and understand how scary this is for them if your like me and feel like this know your not alone, it may seem like you are but your not. We're out there feeling just as overwhelmed as you are.

Happy 9th birthday lexy

Last month this kind,loving little lady turned 9. I am so proud of you. You are always there to lend a hand, you help entertain your baby sister or help clean your younger brothers room. Happy birthday lexy, I love you.

What's been going on

Jack:

Jack will soon be going through a series of testing to find out if he is indeed on the autism spectrum and also if he has adhd. He had a 5 minute look over by a psychologist  awhile back who diagnosed him with these in order for him to get the help he needed in school. By having him properly tested I hope that I am able to better help him by narrowing down his needs.

Alexis:

Poor lexy has just had ear tubes  placed for the 3rd time. The backed up fluid in the left ear caused quite a bit of damage to the ear drum. Fingers crossed the tubes fixed the issue and we are not looking at permanent  damage to her ear drum.

Jace:

Jace has a opthamologist appointment soon, it is looking like he may need glasses.

Ava:

Nothing much to report with this feisty lady. She has become very independent  and is just a super strong willed gal.

I don't know how I missed it

I was going through my posts and i realised I never acknowledge my Lexy's 8th birthday. I am so sorry princess guess mama had a brain block moment.
Lexy you are my lover child. You are so good to your baby sister and always help anyone who asks. You are so kind, i love you.

Late birthday shout out to my little guy!

Last week my youngest son turned the big 5! He is offically a big kid. I am so amazed at how he has grown these last 5 years. You are so smart and independant. I love you so much buddy. Happy birthday handsome.

Wow 10 years Mr. JACK

hard to believe your in double digits, even harder to believe I have been a mother for 10 years. This is going to sound so cliche but the years really do fly by in a blink of an eye. You have grown into such an amazing young man. So creative and your not afraid to tell anyone what you think ( sometimes that trait gets you in trouble). Happy birthday my first born, I love you so much and can't wait to see how the next 10 years make you flourish and grow.

Ava 1st Birthday

Wow 1 year has already passed, seems like just yesterday you were 1 week old. You started out a laid back go with the flow newborn and now your a strong willed, energetic little girl. You keep me on my toes always and i love you for it. Happy birthday Avalynnloo. I love you with all my heart.
